Program Manager, Special Projects   Pilot a re-crafted customization experience for Nike Direct Retail. Partnered with Product Innovation, Global Marketing, Membership, Nike Sports Research Lab (NSRL), Categories, Corporate Legal, Corporate Communications and Sports Marketing to develop a first in industry bespoke product offering. Lead PM for internal events and experiential initiatives.

 Director, Retail Brand Development   Manage the conception, design and production of key Nike Brand stories as they are told to the consumer. Prepare and present briefs, schedules and budgets. Resource and manage vendors and negotiate contracts. Managed development of Global Retail Brand standards. Liaison between Brand Design, Retail and Marketplace to ensure brand consistency and product integration. Develop presentation, merchandising and sell in tools. Lead the production of Retail Partners Catalog and on-going addendums.

Restructure and craft the Fender Brand to more effectively engage the consumer through lush storytelling and amazing experiences.
